The HOME Creative Assistance Program (CAP) is a reserve that offers funding to creatives grappling with financial disadvantages. Collaborators (writers, singers, producers, service providers) are required to apply for eligibility in HOME activities. HOME will facilitate in-kind transactions, teaching CAP participants how to cut overhead by leveraging human capital in a mutually benefiting environment. CAP participants may also be eligible to earn HOME points to be redeemed for services provided by HOME or its partners.

An intensive course that focuses on teaching business structure, coaching of business mindset, and Interpersonal skills in business approach. Assessing the current mindset of the individual and creating a focused plan that will accelerate the learning curve.
